Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, shipments may be slightly delayed.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
All orders are shipped with standard shipping service.
Estimated delivery takes 10 to 21 business days after order confirmation, subject to handmade production cycle and destination logistics.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
