Return & Refund Policy

Woven Jin Studio provides original hand‑woven brocade bags. The valid after‑sales period is 30 days after delivery. Due to high cross‑border logistics costs, our after‑sales policy is as follows:
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only before shipment. Cancellation is not available once dispatched.
Return & Refund Process (Only for quality defects)
Buyers need to ship the item to our designated overseas warehouse for destruction instead of returning to China:
① Contact us within 30 days after delivery with order number, defect photos/videos and delivery slip.
② We will provide overseas warehouse address after verification.
③ Buyers shall send the product to the overseas warehouse by themselves.
④ Refund will be made within 14 working days after the warehouse receives and destroys the item.
Eligible quality issues
Only shipping damage, broken stitching, factory defects and obvious inconsistency with product description are acceptable.
Non‑refundable situations
Slight texture differences of handmade brocade
Personal dislike, improper size and subjective dissatisfaction
Damage caused by customer use, stains or modification
Application over 30‑day period, refusal to return to overseas warehouse and malicious requests without proof
No exchange service
